If you’re a fan of either Thor star Tom Hiddleston or English playwright William Shakespeare’s works (or both), then you’re in luck: the National Theater is streaming a stage production of Shakespeare’s Coriolanus with Hiddleston playing the title role for FREE !
Coriolanus is a tragedy based on the life of the legendary Roman leader Caius Marcius Coriolanus who, despite being regarded as Rome’s brave hero and defender, ends up having enemies at home too.
The Donmar Warehouse production directed by Josie Rourke will stream live for one week starting June 5, 2 AM Manila time. Proceeds raised from the stream will go to the actors and artists affected by the closure of theaters and cinemas nationwide due to the public health crisis. Find the link here.
