An intense and life-changing dance competition will happen in Manila a few days from now. Dance PH will be celebrating its 2nd year anniversary via Philippine Dance Cup 2017 on March 18, 2017, at San Andres Sports Complex, Malate, Manila.
Dance PH is a blog site (www.danceph.weebly.com), media and news source in the Philippine dance community. Its vision is to serve and inspire Pinoy Mananayaw.
This event is to give back for all the support that have been given to Dance PH by their followers especially in the social media. Currently, Dance PH has 71,000++ strong followers on Facebook and thousands of visitors on their website.
Philippine Dance Cup is a dance competition that includes workshop, leadership seminar, and charity event in one. It’s a fund-raising event for the benefit of the underprivileged and less fortunate dancers for their educational scholarship. Its founder, Mr. Louis Ryan Angeles, believes that education is one of the key to success in life.
Philippine Dance Cup 2017 is a celebration of Filipino talents. Creativity, showmanship and artistic freedom are always rewarded – provided that integrity, good taste, and safety are not compromised. We believe that the young should be given opportunity to share their talents and hone their God-given gifts to as many people as possible. As they share their talent, we challenge them to inspire their audiences as well.
Dance crews are also encouraged to showcase the best of their hometown. We always believe that the Philippines have a lot to show to the world. Crews are from provinces/cities such as Tuguegarao City, Baguio City, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, Negros Occidental, Agusan del Norte, North Cotabato and Zamboanga.
Finally, Dance PH wanted every participant, dancer, partner, and staff to experience a change in their lives and to make an impact to their circle of influence.
