As an incentive for doing well in school, Pasig City higher-ups have decided to gift their students who did well and reached honors status with sneakers! Likely related to Vice Mayor Iyo’s sneaker auction, these students received their gifts after graduating with high honors from public and private schools in Pasig.
“Ito po ay para lalong ganahan ang ating mga kabataan na mag-aral [nang] mabuti. Maraming salamat pos a lahat ng mga magulang, guro, at kabataan!” The Facebook page wrote in support of the students, picturing some of them holding their new pairs of sneakers.
Pasig City has done it again, tbh. Some also came to the comments section showing off their brand new pairs and thanking the city and the mayor and vice mayor for their prize/gift.
