Here’s What You Can Access Through Pag-IBIG’s New Online Portal

Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Eduardo D. del Rosario considers the Virtual Pag-Ibig a long-term project. “Before launching, we made sure that support systems have been prepared and that the security of our database has been put in place,” he guaranteed.

“We are happy that our long-term plans to provide our members with a more efficient and accessible service have aligned with President Duterte’s call to make government service responsive to the needs of the public through technology,” he added.  “We embrace technology for the main purpose of providing better service to every member.”

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Acmad Rizaldy Moti explained that members would be able to make use of the agency’s services immediately. Some examples of these are securing a Pag-Ibig membership ID number, enrolling for an MP2 savings account and monitoring loan application status.

Other features include an online payment facility for loans and rent their monthly payment through PayMaya or Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards. There is also a real-time chat facility for users to consult the agency’s representative.

“With this new service, it’s like having your own personal Pag-IBIG Fund branch at your fingertips. With just a smartphone and an Internet connection, our members can now do their transactions online, and wherever,” said Moti.
