The Ninoy Aquino International Airport was hit by a brownout last week which caused the delay and disruption of a number of flights and airport procedures. Disgruntled passengers took to social media to air out their frustration on the matter.
One passenger, however, took to Facebook to commend airport staff on how the situation was handled. Coach Wouter of TransformationFirst.Asia arrived in Manila to the brownout chaos. This is what he had to say:
