The MIIS Kids Can! Bazaar returns to Estancia Mall this December 7, 2019! The bazaar, hosted by the learning community of the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS), comes to life with products by produced and sold by students – from Grade 1 up to Grade 12. Now on its 19th year, the bazaar aims to promote sustainable living through the #4GreenPH program and is set to inspire an entrepreneurial mindset among kids and teens.
Through the Kids Can! Bazaar, the only “For Kids, By Kids Bazaar” in the country, MIIS gives students the opportunity to practice their entrepreneurial skills to help indigent Filipino children, help sustain the MI reforestation projects, help support social and environmental initiatives of the Kids Can! Movement. It is MIIS’ hope to imbibe future leaders the importance of being part of nation building as they make a difference!
The Bazaar will also have a program of performances by the students, including song and dance numbers, a band set, and choral performances by the MI Voices.
The Early Childhood Education arm of MIIS will also hold a free educational seminar for preschoolers. Entitled “Design Thinking for Preschoolers”, the workshop will be held at the Bazaar and will be aimed at parents and their preschool-age children who are interested in instilling a design thinking mindset at an early age.
