The pain from burning one’s hands can be unbearable but, to some people, the thought of not being able to play games for a while hurts so much more.
This is proven by model-actress Megan Young who, as captured in a video by husband Mikael Daez, broke down in the shower after accidentally burning her fingers while making her coffee and being told that she couldn’t play with her Nintendo Switch to allow her hands time to heal.

“Why are you crying?” Mikael asked her in the video.
“Because Fofo said I can’t play the Switch for 10 days,” Megan cried. “How can I play?”
Mikael also told the full story in the caption of his post.
“Ibang klase ang hagulgol ni Bonez and it’s my fault?!” he shared. “Here is the story… As she was brewing coffee, the hot water spilled all over her fingers (hindi ko nakita, baka jinuggling niya yung mainit na tubig). I saw her right away and took her to the shower to run water over her fingers. Hindi pa po siya umiiyak nito. And after a minute or two, I said she can’t play her switch first because her fingers would be raw and it’d be painful. Tapos etong video na ang nangyari…“
[Translation: Bonez just broke down crying and it’s my fault?! Here is the story… As she was brewing coffee, the hot water spilled all over her fingers (I didn’t see what happened, maybe she was juggling the hot water). I saw her right away and took her to the shower to run water over her fingers. She wasn’t crying yet at that point. And after a minute or two, I said she can’t play her switch first because her fingers would be raw and it’d be painful. And then this video happened…]
