Sisig Carnitas with Green Chili and Red Onion Dressing. Yes, sir. It’s sisig stuffed in rolled tortillas served in a glass. It’s eating sisig in style… You can even do shots. Cheers!

Mushroom Chicharon. THIS. DISH. IS. AWESOME. Crunchy mushrooms for the win! Who would have thought mushrooms could be an enjoyable snack chicha for parties and chill out sessions?

MBargo not only serves Filipino cuisine with a twist; they also serve good ‘ol classics. I tried their Steak and Frites, for example, a plated dish of ribeye steak, red wine jus, and side vegetables. The dish is simple, but the meat is really flavorful and tender.

Banana Cue with Salted Caramel, Cashew Streusel, Peach and Vanilla Ice Cream capped off the night. I really love the mix of different elements here. The cashew and the banana cue give the dessert that added oomph.
