Anne Curtis is getting married to long-time boyfriend Erwan Heussaff soon, and guess who’s going to be her maid of honor? Apparently, she’s having a “man of honor” instead in Luis Manzano!
Luis appeared on the show “Magandang Buhay”, where he even shared that Anne sent him a letter reminding him of their promise that they would be part of each other’s entourage.
“Si Anne, nakaka-touch, kasi ‘di ba ikakasal na nga siya. She sent me a letter saying na, ‘May promise tayo sa isa’t isa and would you be my man of honor sa kasal?’ So kasama ako sa entourage ng kasal niya. ‘Yun ang promise namin sa isa’t isa na kailangan part ako noon. At the same time, kapag ikinasal na ako, she will be my best woman.”
Luis and Anne have been best friends for a long time, way before Luis entered showbiz. They even have special nicknames for each other, with Anne calling Luis “Manzano”, while Luis calls Anne “Nippy”!
Although we see Anne more often with her “It’s Showtime” co-hosts and her “It Girls” crew, it’s so nice to see Anne and Luis maintaining their friendship. Luis even mentioned:
“Siya ‘yung type ng best friend na hindi ko kailangang makita siya on a regular basis para ma-maintain ‘yung friendship namin.”
That’s so sweet!
