Luckily for us, we also got to try this original milk tea concoction! Cold Layers Café adds a malty kick to the crowd-favorite milk tea with their Horlicks Milk Tea. This dish is definitely worth your money, from its generous serving to its marvelous taste. If you’re particularly hungry for something gourmet, this is the perfect dish to order.
