Cebu Pacific is searching for a new batch of 16 recruits to enter its cadet pilot program. The training program is not just focusing on the “study now, pay later, zero-interest” bit but also giving these cadets a chance to be full-fledged commercial pilots with guaranteed employment with the airline.
If you are interested, program is open for college graduate Filipinos that has good english communication skills. There is also a grade requirement of at least 80% or its equivalent for Math, Physics and English.
The program has 52 weeks of training, theory and education at Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) in Adelaide, Australia plus 4 weeks of training with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines to get their Pilot’s License.
Costs will be handled by the airline and they can pay when they are employed through salary deduction over a maximum of ten years.
