With the enhanced community quarantine set in place on the island of Luzon, it is highly likely that no one is caring for stray animals since most, if not all of us, are stuck at home and are self-isolating.

The Philippine Coast Guard steps up and provides food for stray animals.

The animals have been roving around the vicinity with no owner to feed them since the declaration of enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.
