Could Carlo Aquino be in talks with the director of Korean box-office hit movieย Miss Grannyย for a future film?
The 34-year-old actor shared on Instagram a photo of a handwritten note addressed to him by director Hwang Dong-Hyuk. The note read: “Dear Carlo, Thank you for your efforts. Looking forward to working with you in the near future. Take care!!”
Carlo then wrote on the caption: โA hand written note from a brilliant director. Wooop!! Couldnt be more excited to work with you guys once this pandemic is over. #HwangDongHyukโ
Itโs unclear why Hwang Dong-Hyuk sent the note. But, weโll be keeping our eyes peeled for future announcements of their rumored collaboration!

Hwang Dong-Hyuk is best known for his 2014 film Miss Granny which follows the story of a 74-year-old woman who regains the appearance of her 20-year-old self after having her picture taken at a mysterious photo studio. It had a Filipino adaptation in 2018 starring Sarah Geronimo.
Meanwhile, Carloโs last film was in 2019 with Maine Mendoza titled Isa Pa With Feelings.
