The achievement comes right before she and Lady Gaga went on stage to perform “Rain On Me” for the MTV Video Music Awards that aired last Sunday, August 30.
Lady Gaga was among those who took to Instagram to publicly congratulate Ari. “Condragulations to my friend @arianagrande for 200 million followers! You’re a queen! Wear that crown!” she said.

Ariana is followed closely behind by Kylie Jenner (194 million) and Selena Gomez (192 million). Meanwhile, celebrity soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo is the top-followed man on the platform with 238 million followers.
