LOOK: Adrien Broner continues to insist he won against Manny Pacquiao

Whether you watched the match, checked the results online, or even if you have no interest in boxing at all, there are two things you probably know about last Sunday’s match. The first is that Manny Pacquiao won. The second is that Adrien Broner thought he should have won instead.

During an after-match interview, the American boxer spat out the words: “Everyone out there know I beat him!” He continued his case to sportscaster Jim Gray by saying “I controlled the fight, he was missing, I hit him clean more times, I beat him.” He even alleges that the match was called in Pacquiao’s favor so that a (lucrative) rematch with Floyd Mayweather could take place.

Days after the match, the boxer continues to push his side of the story. Broner posted a photo of his face with the caption: “I fought @mannypacquiao tonight….. do it look like I took punishment #GoodFightBra”

But, the fight did end in unanimous favor of Pacquiao. The final results of the scorecards for 3 judges (117-111, 116-112 and 116-112) allowed Pacquiao to keep his World Boxing Association regular welterweight belt.
