Gerald Anderson’s Shining Moment Is Finishing LA’s 42KM Marathon

Gerald Anderson earned another feat (and possibly, scratched off an entry on his bucket list) when he finished the 42-kilometer Los Angeles Marathon.

The actor is now back from the United States and he considered his achievement, although difficult, as one of the best moments of his life.

He said via ABS-CBN News, “Masaya naman. Sobrang challenging lang sa sarili talaga lalo na nung last 10K, talagang puso at isipan mo na lang talaga. Kailangan mag-focus ka. Kung kaya, huwag talaga pansinin yung sakit dahil napakasakit sa katawan.”

He added that out of the 25,000 who joined, around only 18,000 reached the finish line. However, he also said that he doesn’t look down on anyone who didn’t finish.

He shared a few photos of this moment on his Instagram account.

Another challenge accomplished: #SkechersLAmarathon one of the most challenging experiences in my life.
