In case you haven’t heard, “Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke is the latest celebrity making her big debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe through the Disney+ series “Secret Invasion.” Pictures of the actress on the set of the show have surfaced online, giving us a first look at her character.
The series is currently being shot at Leeds, U.K. and also stars Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders who play Nick Fury and Maria Hill respectively. It is still unknown what role Emilia is going to play and whether she will be a major addition to the MCU, although she did tell The Hollywood Reporter that she is open to the idea of staying in it long-term.

Also starring in the Disney+ series is Ben Mendelsohn, portraying Talos, Kingsley Ben-Adir, who will be playing the villain, Olivia Colman, Christopher McDonald, Killian Scott, and Carmen Ejogo.
“Secret Invasion” is scheduled for premiere in late 2022. It is created by Kyle Bradstreet and inspired by the story of the “Secret Invasion” Marvel Comics.
