There are so many things to do while you are staying at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. One can choose to swim, ride boats, engage in water sports, or ride jet skis. The resort also offers island hopping tours so guests can see and appreciate more of the tropical island of Cebu. All of these activities are available within the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. If you are a planner, then you will be thankful that the resort supplies a daily activities sheet to all of their guests. This activities sheet is designed to help everyone plan their day ahead of time and take part in enjoyable activities available at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan.

The Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan provides hotel transportation to and from the airport. You will be greeted with fresh, tropical juice before you walk into the resort. This drink will make you feel refreshed and ready to enjoy your stay at Crimson. For those of you
who may be worried on getting around the resort as it is quite massive, you can rest assure that a buggy service will always be at your call. This buggy service is great if you have children or are accompanied by senior citizens. Aside from getting around the resort and airport transportation, the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan also arranges free shuttle service to and from the shopping malls. As a shopaholic, I find that this service is extremely convenient and rewarding.

If you need other means of transportation, the resort encourages its guests to contact the concierge for additional information and guidance in order to ensure that all guests are safe even when outside of the resort. The Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan also has a tour desk available to help guests plan tours while vacationing in Cebu. To me, their accommodations were of high standard and evidently quite useful.

If you have the extra cash, I encourage you to check-in into one of resort’s ostentatiously opulent pool beachfront villas. Not only will you get to enjoy free alcoholic beverages, but these villas will leave you breathless. The villas have their own infinity pool, living room, and dining area. In fact, the pool beachfront villas are perfect for honeymooners who want to celebrate their love in a palatial and serene setting. You will be greeted with different animal towel sculptures every day, which showcases the resort’s artful taste and creative talent. Our bedroom was lucky enough to be accompanied by an elephant, swan, dog, and miniature couple towel sculptures during our stay. The unique towel art added unexpected fun and excitement to our stay.

The room that we stayed in was clean, peaceful, nicely decorated, and had a great view. One of the best parts of the pool beachfront villa was the spacious bathroom. The bathroom itself is almost the same size as the bedroom. The bathroom comes with a capacious shower room surrounded by glass. It is also equipped with a long bath tub so you or your children can enjoy bubble baths. You can also pamper your skin with a hot bath indulged in cosmetic bath salts that will leave you smelling like flowers all day. Regardless of your age, you will appreciate the additional detail of having a television in the bathroom. The television nests in perfect distance across the white, sturdy bath tub. This added bonus is great in helping guests unwind at night. However. during the day, my family and I enjoyed the sunny blue skies and clear, wavy waters of Mactan. Nothing can beat the view outside of the pool beachfront villas. You can swim in private, breathe in the fresh air, and relish the splendid view.

If you have a small family, the pool beachfront villa is still a great choice because the sofa can be turned into a bed. You do not need to worry about hurting yourself or your little ones from assembling the sofa bed because the staff will do it for you. Since both the bedroom and living room are equipped with a television set, both parents and children will be able to enjoy the shows that they want.

Are you caught in a dilemma between going to the spa and staying with your kids? This will not be an issue at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. This resort set up the Crimzone, which is paradise for children. Your little ones are guaranteed to have a great, safe time while you relax. Your children can play on the slide, swings, and revel in the lengthy playground. If your children love to read, then they will have a great time at Crimzone. It houses a large array of children’s books. The staffs of the Crimzone are very caring, attentive, and great with children so parents do not need to worry about their safety. Parents will be able to take a breather and lavish themselves with some tranquility and fun.

What is a vacation without food? Explore around the city and try new things that you have not before. You can enjoy the fantastic, tasteful food that Cebu has to offer including cebuchon, a specialty lechon. You may also want to pick up some chorizo de Cebu and dried mangoes, which is much cheaper in Cebu compared to Manila. If you want to stay within the resort, do not hesitate to try the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet that the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan offers. I enjoyed having tea in the morning and trying out the wide assortments of bread and fruits. For lunch, I cooled off with the buko shake–sweet and perfect for rejuvenating for the day. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet include food and dessert choices that are considerably extensive. Try a little bit of everything! I ended my dinner with a mango pudding and a fresh mango shake. Yes, I’m a mango addict – their mango shake was one of the best I have ever had. Don’t worry if you over-indulged, you’re on vacation anyways!

Additionally, the resort is hidden from city lights so you and your loved ones will be able to enjoy the canopy of bright, shining stars at night right outside your room. You can relax and wish upon the stars. I know I was wishing for a longer stay at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan! How can I not? You are continuously surrounded by beautiful scenery from day to night.
