Since its inception back in 2012, master colorful fun run organizer Color Manila has been taking the country by storm by staging fun runs that make colorful and unforgettable marks in the Philippine running scene. Now on its fifth year, it’s revving up its game by serving up something new to the Pinoy running community through the CM Clark Marathon, taking place this September 24 at the Clark Parade Grounds in Clark, Pampanga.
In true Color Manila fashion, CM Clark Marathon is going to take your marathon experience several notches higher by splattering the route and the runners with a bevy of bright colors while pounding the 21K and 42K pavements. Giving this event a plus point is the fact that it is untimed so participants can be as intense or relaxed as they wish to be on the run. Hence, both speedsters and even social media savvies who just want to score #Instagramable photos and videos from the run are both welcome.
Also welcome are 3K, 5K, and 10K participants who may cover shorter distances while still savoring a challenging yet endorphin-inducing event. Following the run, participants will then get to blitz each other with more bright colored powders while swaying and swinging to the tune of today’s hits at the Color Festival—a fitting culmination to an entire morning of running and merrymaking.

Interested parties may opt to cover shorter but satisfying 3K, 5K, or 10K distances, and may choose from the Deluxe and Rockstar kits. For as low as Php750, they may avail of the Deluxe kit, which includes a Dri-FIT shirt, race bib, sunglasses, color packet, and finisher’s medal. They may also take home the Rockstar kit for just Php1,050 and score a Dri-FIT shirt, race bib, sunglasses, color packet, and finisher’s medal. For the enduring bunch who wants to go long, they may pick the 21K Half Marathon category and get a kit worth Php1,500 that contains a singlet, race bib with timing tag, sunglasses, drawstring bag, headwear, foldable water bottle, color packet, finisher’s medal, and finisher’s shirt, or go all-out by selecting a 42K Full Marathon slot for Php1,900 and get a hold of a kit containing a singlet, race bib with timing tag, sunglasses, drawstring bag, headwear, foldable water bottle, color packet, finisher’s medal, and finisher’s shirt.
