Canva announces the launch of Canva for Campus, its new college and tertiary education offering, bringing the power of visual communication to colleges and universities around the world.
With Canva for Campus, Canva brings the power of its entire visual communication platform to colleges and universities through a new subscription. From team management and collaboration to brainstorming and its entire Visual Worksuite, Canva for Campus brings all of the magic from its fully-fledged Canva for Teams product, designed with schools and universities in mind.
All college and university institutions across the globe can now unlock free access to Canva for their students when they begin purchasing Canva for Campus licenses for staff. Depending on the size of the student population, colleges, and universities with a certain number of staff licenses graduate into a full Canva Campus, unlocking free access to the platform for entire student cohorts. You’ll only ever need to pay for staff accounts.
Game-changing learning just got easier
With Canva for Campus, students are able to create compelling assignments, eye-catching resumes, and visually engaging portfolios – so whether it’s for a school assignment or a personal project, Canva’s visual communication suite has it covered. Canva for Campus includes access to rich data visualization tools, making it a whole lot easier to create stunning and informative visual research reports.
Whether students are learning on campus or at home, Canva’s intuitive drag-and-drop editor has been designed for every kind of device. With access to millions of educational templates and more than 100 million different design assets, Canva for Campus makes it easy for students to create engaging content while also effortlessly collaborating with peers, brainstorming ideas, leaving feedback, and assigning tasks for group projects – all without leaving Canva.
Supercharging collaboration and communication for faculties
Canva for Campus is designed to empower teachers and faculty staff, too. Through its integration with popular learning tools including Microsoft Teams, Canvas, Blackboard, and Brightspace, every team and faculty department can reduce overhead and maximize collaboration. Its collaboration and media library tools make it easy to seamlessly design across groups and departments with 1TB of storage to organize files, graphics, and videos.
Canva for Campus also takes the guesswork out of maintaining a great brand. Simply upload the brand fonts, colors, and logos to create Brand Kits that can be used across faculty departments or share premade templates that allow everyone to create their own content while maintaining brand consistency. For college and university marketing teams, Canva makes it easy to streamline communications with templates for newsletters, social media posts, and student enrollment materials.
