Yacko, Wacko, and Dot are officially making their wacky comeback in the revival of the once-beloved cartoon, Animaniacs!
The reboot, first announced in 2018, will be backed by award-winning director Steven Spielberg and has already received an order of two seasons with 13 episodes each, which is honestly a lot more content than what we could have ever expected!
For those who may not have heard of Animaniacs, it follows three siblings (the Warner brothers and their Warner sister) who wreak havoc daily at the Warner Bros. Studios lot. Though it was a cartoon meant for children, adults enjoyed it too for the many pop culture references and celebrity caricatures–something that we, the young audience who grew up watching it, will definitely be looking forward to this time around.
We also hope that the revival will be bringing back our other favorite characters, most especially the chaotic lab mice twosome Pinky and the Brain which have also gotten their own spinoff series before. Guess we’ll just have to keep waiting and see!

The first season will be premiering on Hulu this November 20, followed by the second season in 2021.
