In an attempt to stop going to fetch the rice every day, this Twitter user’s brother-in-law (who will be referred to as BIL in the thread) decided to try and be smart and buy the rice in bulk. Which was considered a pretty smart move… That is, until an entire truck (referred to in the thread as a “lorry” later) filled with rice showed up outside the house.
His wife was clearly very angry and confused and all the family drama, neighborly “help,” and hilarity ensued. Their father stepped in, the mother stepped in, a mysterious man named “Manu” had to come over–it’s a mess. And it totally made my day. Had me laughing from beginning to end.
