The main beneficiary for this event would be the COTTOLENGO FOUNDATION, a non – stock, non – profit religious and non – government organization licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) which aims to serve the most poor, abandoned, neglected and surrendered persons with disabilities.
