Filipino actor Piolo Pascual is starring in an all-new teleserye under ABS-CBN’s Star Creatives and, judging by the title, it’s a show that was made just for him!
“My Papa Pi,” which marks Piolo’s return to television since his last show “Home Sweetie Home” in 2020, was teased on Twitter this week with a video slideshow featuring a ton of behind-the-scenes photos.
The teaser also revealed that former Miss Universe Queen Pia Wurtzbach was cast to be Piolo’s leading lady.
The show is set in the fictional area of Mapag-Asa Street and is scheduled for release this coming March.
“Bawal malungkot ngayong darating na March dahil aarangkada na ang SWEETCOM na talaga namang magpapa-smile at magpapa-kisay sa buong sambayanan! (No sadness allowed this coming March because this SWEETCOM is arriving to bring smiles and excitement to every Filipino!)” Star Creatives tweeted.
