These lasagnas have 5 kinds of cheese carefully selected and grated so you get 100% cheese and none of the fillers. 😉 Block 2065 really doesn’t scrimp on the ingredients up to their homemade ragu and the bechamel sauce.
The Lasagna Bolognese is available in regular (Php 300; good for 1 to 2 persons) and large-sized trays (Php 950; good for 6 to 8 persons). Sounds perfect for Noche Buena, right?
With their combined ambition and passion for cooking, the husband and wife duo started this business to share their favorites with their friends and family. “We cook all the time and post behind the scenes and food adventures on our Instagram Stories. People would always reply that they want to taste our cooking and finally in July, we opened up our small condo kitchen for them,” Janina Guerrero shares.
Supposedly, the plan was to expand the menu at least every month. However, people kept coming back for the lasagnas that the couple could not yet put their energies into adding more to the repertoire.
So far aside from lasagna bolognese, Block 2065 also has their version of the ever-popular California Maki sushi bake! A tray of the Baked Cali-Kani is good for 2 to 3 people for only Php 450.
