So as I was scrolling through Twitter liking memes about animals on the loose in the Metro, I saw that a certain Boku no Hero Academia character was trending, specifically Eijiro Kirishima. Kirishima is one of the major characters of the show, training to become a pro hero in Class 1-A at U.A. high school. He’s a well-loved character by the fandom and people adore him.
Which is why when he trended, I thought that it was because everyone was showing him some love.
Instead, when I clicked on the hashtag, I found out why.

So in the latest chapter, it’s implied that Kirishima may die. Many are still arguing against it, but a lot of people are freaking out about the chapter because of the well-loved character. Twitter is going nuts and he trended a few hours ago and continues to trend now. People are speculating on both sides, his death or survival, and we really hope he survives!
Let’s hope the BNHA fandom’s hearts don’t break!
