Park Bo-gum, Park So-dam, and Byeon Woo-seok’s new K-drama will soon be streaming on Netflix

Record of Youth, starring Park Bo-gum, Park So-dam, and Byeon Woo-seok, will be premiering on Netflix in the latter half of 2020. 

According to Soompi, the new Korean drama follows the lives of three people as they navigate today’s fashion industry. They “live in a world in which the “spoon” you’re born with determines your life path and dreams are a luxury not everyone can afford. Nonetheless, their youthful passion leads them to push forward with their dreams.”

Park Bo Gum plays Sa Hye Jun who is “a pragmatic and ambitious young man, who is an aspiring model/actor juggling idealism with the reality of everyday life.”

Parasite’s Park So-dam takes on the role of An Jeong Ha An, an aspiring make-up artist described as “a smart young woman and a strong sense of self.”

While Byeon Woo Seok’s Won Hae Hyo is best friend to Sa Hye Jun and is ” friendly and gentle, but competitive.”

An Gil-ho (Strangers, Memories of Alahambra, Watcher) helms the series as its director with Ha Myeong-hee (Doctors, Temperature of Love) as its scriptwriter. It is produced by Studio Dragon and Pan Entertainment.
