Lady Gaga announced that her new album will be out this month.
The 34-year-old singer is working on her sixth studio album Chromatica. She mentioned that after an initial postponement of the release, the record will officially drop on May 29. It will available in stores and on different music streaming sites.
Lady Gaga revealed this via an Instagram post. “The journey continues. You can officially join me on #Chromatica on May 29,” she wrote.

Chromatica was originally set for an April 10 release. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 pandemic taking over the world, it was postponed.
“This is such a hectic and scary time for all of us, and while I believe art is one of the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right for me to release this album with all that going on during this global pandemic,” the singer said in a statement.
With the coronavirus pandemic and the delay of her album, Lady Gaga worked as the creative director and curator for Global Citizen’s One World: Together at Home virtual benefit to help support COVID-19 relief efforts around the world.
Later on, she released the 16-song tracklist for her new album, which came with collaborations including Ariana Grande, Sir Elton John, and K-pop group Blackpink.
