UP Diliman Oblation e1473290472298

The University of the Philippines said that it will be delaying the release of the results for its UP College of Admissions Test (UPCAT) 2020 results indefinitely amid the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

“The University of the Philippines Office of Admissions is postponing the release of the [UPCAT] 2020 results, which was originally scheduled on 30 March 2020,” it announced Saturday.

With the enhanced community quarantine implemented in the entirety of Luzon, the university took into consideration “the reality that the UPCAT applicants will have different levels of access to online results.”

Additionally, it also suspended the processing of results “in consideration of the welfare of the team of employees who live in various locations within and at the outskirts of Metro Manila.”

“UP has always been committed to ensuring the integrity and timely release of the UPCAT results,” it added.

UPCAT 2020 exam took place on October 5 and 6, 2019.
