The donation will help the health sector test the virus especially at RITM (Research Institute for Tropical Medicine) where only 300 testings are done every day.

The first batch of donations of rapid test kits from South Korea arrived last March 13. It is known that South Korea is doing mass testing and able to test 15,000-20,000 people per day.

Earlier this week, 2,000 high-tech fast test kits also arrived from China according to Secretary Duque. Another 10,000 are expected to arrive within the week.
