Pasig City Is Offering Free Rides To Transport Terminals Today, October 31

In light of the Undas holidays, also known as the long Halloween weekend, Pasig City is conducting free bus rides from Pasig City Hall to various transport terminals this October 31. The rides begin at 3 pm and continue until 7 pm. The news was announced by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto just yesterday.

He posted the schedule of bus rides on his Twitter account and shared that the initiative was especially for those going home to the provinces this weekend. The schedule is as follows:

  • Pasig City Hall to Cubao terminals: every 30 minutes from 3 pm to 7 pm
  • Pasig City Hall to Pasay terminals: every hour from 3 pm to 7 pm
  • Pasig City Hall to Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange: every hour from 3 pm to 6 pm

Netizens have responded to the initiative quite favorably. Many are happy with the alternative given that the Halloween holiday is likely to make Metro Manila’s traffic heavier and the commuting situation even worse.
