When In Manila, the website the is your reliable guide around Manila and the Philippines, just got another recognition through our very own editor-in-chief DJ Vince Golangco. I was one lucky When In Manila writer who got to witness it all in the general meeting of Rotary Club of Manila at the McKinley Hall in Manila Polo Club. By chance, that was the first time I met the good editor-in-chief up close. Actually almost late, I arrived in Manila Polo Club in a hair strand just in time for the start of the Rotary Club of Manila 4th Tourism Awards.
