Opening Singapore Food Festival is STREAT, the festival’s signature event which will feature an exciting line-up of hawkers and chefs offering traditional and modern takes on classic Singaporean favorites. This Singapore Food Fest, pack your swimsuits and your appetite and head down to Sentosa Grillfest at Siloso Beach which will be transformed into a food street featuring Sentosa F&B operators and Singapore’s very own 2nd Gen Hawkers. What to expect: a mix of international and local cuisine, from BBQ delights to locally-inspired treats such as Jumbo Prawn Hokkien Noodles, Calamansi with sour plum, and Salted Egg Chicken Waffles. Also keep your eyes peeled for Sentosa’s inaugural Gourmet Market at the Sapphire Pavilion.
