Kris Aquino has been kept mum about the whole situation of being cast in a Hollywood movie. While we’re all speculating and really trying to get information, she may have been dropping hints all over her social media accounts–such as meeting  Crazy Rich Asians lead actress Constance Wu, flying to Singapore to shoot, and meeting Crazy Rich Asians author Kevin Kwan.

The Queen of All Media has been kept from saying anything about this Hollywood movie because of a non-disclosure agreement, but she has finally given us a bit of something about this Hollywood thing. It may not be the title of the film or what it’s about, it’s definitely something.
At a product endorsement event, Kris shares about her audition for the Hollywood film.

She proudly says that she had no problem spending a lot of money for the audition. She rented two high-end cameras and a presidential suite at the Peninsula! Kris also asked commercial director Shayne Sarte to help out with the audition. She describes that the whole thing was like a commercial.

“If hindi ko ito gastusan, kasalanan ko na kasi binigay na yung chance. (If I didn’t spend on it, it’s going to be my fault because the chance was already given to me.)”
It’s really no surprise that Kris would go all out for this audition. It is an opportunity of a lifetime, after all. And she got the part after 16 sleepless days of waiting, according to her. It all paid off!
