Batangas Governor Vilma Santos jokingly scolded Alex Gonzaga for scratching the arm of son, TV host Luis Manzano!

In the video, Gov. Vilma addressed Alex as “Cathy”, her real name. “Alam mo mula pa nung maliit yan, hindi ko yan nasasaktan kahit papaano.” Watch Alex get told off below!
