In line with presidential candidate Mar Roxas’ viral photo, a netizen posted a video on YouTube asking whether the photo is “photoshopped” or not.

Brandon Cueto, tries to show via the said video whether Roxas’ photo was manipulated to make it look like a lot of people attended his campaign sortie.

Cueto explained in his video ways how to check if the photo was manipulated.

First and foremost, he placed a disclaimer on the caption.

Bago ang lahat, for educational purposes lang ‘to – WALA AKONG SINISIRAAN. If anything, di nga ‘to kasalanan ni Mar, wala naman siguro siyang control sa mga ganito.

At the start of the video, he said to look for fillers. These are usually used to “fill” the space with people. He zoomed into the photo and found out that fillers may have been used at the back area of the crowd.

Then, he explained the trio technique to make it appear like there are more people.

At the end of the video, he noticed something or better yet, someone, unusual who is also in the crowd.
