Other initiative partners include DTI, DCOM, Globe, Google, HelloPay, Viber, and Dragonpay.

Here are some tips to help you shopaholics (and about to become one) out there:

1. Monitor special offers that will be posted on the Pinoy Cyber Sale Facebook page (https://pinoycybersale.com). If joining fun contest is your thing, there will be activities you can join.

2. If your money is limited at this time, choose the cash on delivery option, when available, and arrange for the delivery to be made after payday.

3. Check out the new players. There are 20 merchants participating in the Pinoy Cyber Sale and most of them are small business making a splash in the online market.

4. Get help, warranties, and assistance. Merchants part of the Pinoy Cyber Sale are registered businesses. They have online help desk as well who can assist buyers for any concerns they may have. Definitely, it will hurt if you get scammed right?
