Jade Hotel and Suites Makati: A Boutique Hotel That Is Home Away From Home
When looking for a place to stay in the expensive city of Makati, Jade Hotel and Suites which just opened on the 8th of October last year would be the perfect choice in terms of location and affordability. Located along Don Chino Roces Avenue in Makati, it is located literally in the middle of a lot of points of interests in Manila!
I checked into the Deluxe Double room (Php2,500). My first impression was that it looks more like a condo unit bedroom than an actual hotel room and found out that the initial concept of the place was to be a condominium-hotel, which I found very cozy. Pictured above is the Deluxe Triple room (Php3,000) and the only difference is the additional single bed. For a group of 3 who don’t want to share a bed, there is always the Deluxe Twin with 2 single beds. You can also add an extra bed there if needed for an additional fee (Php800).
Every room is equipped with a 32″ television with digital cable, a mini refrigerator, free Wi-Fi and broadband access and an aircon unit. Surprisingly, every room also has its own working sink, which could be useful for a long stay. Free breakfast for two is served daily from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
Jade Hotel and Suites also has a partner massage service that you can avail of for an additional fee.
All room types share the same toilet, Bathroom City panels and bathroom design. While basic, the most important thing is that it is very clean. Hot water, soap, shampoo, a couple of toothbrushes and toothpastes are provisioned.
Then there is the Junior Suite (Php 3200.00) which is almost the same as the Deluxe Double, except that it has its own living space to entertain guest or hold small business meetings.
You’ll have your own sofa, tables and the usual cabinets, drawers and sink. Don’t worry; the television is located here and the toilet and bath are at the other room.
