4th Thesis Film Festival Successfully Held at De La Salle University 
The 4th annual Thesis Film Festival held by TeamComm last June 27 ended as a huge success after students inside the campus and participants outside De La Salle flooded the 13th floor Exhibit Area of Henry Sy Hall!
Numerous students from the university coupled with the participants outside of the school went to the event that showcased the thesis films of the Communication Arts students of De La Salle University.
The audience had an interaction with the creators of the films as a commentary followed shortly after showing each Thesis. They also had the chance to get some advice as to how the filmmakers managed to grasp the idea of making their respective thesis as well as how they were able to contact renowned celebrities such as Marita Zobel – an actress, which recently starred in a commercial film for McDonalds with her grand daughter – and other celebrities to star in their projects.
Sandalan won the People’s choice award for being the most voted film by the audience. Sisiw won three awards for cinematography, direction, and production design. Inay won Best in Editing, and Seeing Red for Best in Musical Scoring. Meanwhile Clarice turns 18 garnered Best in Screen Play and Breakthrough Film Award. It also received the Best Thesis title together with Nenita.
TeamComm would like to thank the participants who registered and went to the Thesis Film Festival. Surely, this will not be the end, as more Thesis Film Festivals will occur in the near future.
