48th Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE)

The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral school-wide event that gives opportunities for future hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase their talents, skills and creativity in culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. This is done through numerous activities that allow students to engage in friendly competitions. It is also a great opportunity for the students to be acquainted with companies and their premium quality products.

The School of Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management of De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde will be celebrating its 48th Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) this coming March 8-10, 2017 at the Angelo King International Center.

In light with this year’s theme “Sugar Rush,” we would like to give our audience a taste that would satisfy their interest. There will be a series of events, competitions and seminars during the whole duration of YHE week. These events are not only for the participants to experience first-hand but also for the audience to have a feel of the impeccable wonder of sugar rush.

This event aims to explore the diversity the world of sugar carries and it will be shown through our various competitions. This will definitely challenge the creative juices of our students. This event will entice, excite and bring out the sweetness we all have from within!
