4 Philippine Restaurants Make it to Asia’s 50 Most Romantic List

In case you want to make a grand romantic gesture, consider these four restaurants. Why? Because they were included in online publication Big 7 Travel‘s list of the 50 most romantic restaurants in Asia.

La Cabrera entered the list in #50. According to the website, “Cosy up in a cute little corner of La Cabrera because you’re about to fall in love all over again. This quaint Manila restaurant is the perfect spot for a date night in the Phillippines. Comfy leather couches and quiet corners await.”

Meanwhile, Blackbird lands a spot at #37, with Big 7 Travel saying, “Chic-casual is a great way to describe Blackbird, one of Manila’s most romantic restaurants. Infused with aviation themes and decor, Blackbird is the kind of place you’d go for a special date. It’s casual enough to help you relax but not so luxurious that it’s over the top.”

Joining the two are Grace Park, which made it to #25. The description reads, “Not only is Grace Park helmed by one of Asia’s best female chef, Margarita Fores, but its vintage, calming interiors create a cosy, intimate setting. Enjoy some of the finest food in the Phillippines as your heart oozes at just how in love you are.”

The highest Philippine-based restaurant on the list is Ninyo Fusion Cuisine & Wine Lounge at #12. The website described it as “From outdoor private gazebos to a wine list featuring 100 of the world’s best wines, NINYO is the perfect setting for any romantic evening. There have been many a proposal here, and it’s easy to see why. Lush gardens await you – just be sure to bring a lock to hang on their special love lock wall.”

Making it to #1 is Singapore’s CÉ LA VI. Joining it in the top three are Morton’s the Steakhouse in Taiwan (#2) and Treepod Dining in Thailand (#3).

Earlier this year, Big 7 Travel included Filipino in its list of the world’s 50 sexiest accents.
