I’ve been to Boracay several times and had stayed in different types of accommodations. However, if I will be asked for my favorite lodging space, that will be Two Seasons Hotel. One good reason is its location. It is situated along Station 1 of the island where the incomparable powdery white sand can be found. Moreover, it is near the far end of the beach, where you can experience peace and serenity in the island, away from all the raging parties.
Superb customer service is another reason why I consider this hotel as my best choice. You will always be greeted by warm and friendly staff. From the time you get picked up from Caticlan thru its airport-hotel transport service, the staff will show you their willingness to attend to all your needs. VIP treatment is what they will always give you. They also provide free shuttle service that will take you anywhere you want to go to from Stations 1-3.
An additional basis why I like this hotel is its room. The bedroom I occupied was relatively spacious. It had a flat TV, a personal sized refrigerator, mini bar, and electric kettle. I totally enjoyed the comfortable bed, soft sheets, and the memory foam pillows, and, more importantly, it had free wifi. The bathroom was also outstanding. It was skillfully designed and was not cramped. It has a rain shower head and the water pressure was incredibly perfect.
There’s a standard complimentary buffet breakfast for all guests. The morning meal includes sausage, meat loaf, tocino, and the like. There’s a station for congee and soup, as well as pancake and omelet station. Along with it are some breads/toasts, fresh fruits, and coffee/juices. Bar Lo is the name of the restaurant and it gained popularity because of its great oyster sisig and four cheese pizza.
The hotel also has its own swimming pool. A strikingly good option rather than swimming in the beach the whole day. The pool is very clean however very shallow at just about 4 feet. Still okay, though.
When in Boracay, Two Seasons Hotel is beyond doubt the best choice for a hassle-free vacation. I strongly recommend this place to those who want a very tranquil and non bustling vacation. Nevertheless, if you consider enjoying Boracay’s nightlife and beach activities, it will only take a leisurely 5-10 minute walk by the beach.
I cannot think of any negative about this hotel. It was absolutely paradise.
