This Oct 6, from 12nn to 6pm, drop by the SEC Fields of Ateneo de Manila University for your barkada’s lakads after acads –the Scout Campus Tour.
Scout Campus Tour is one of Scout magazine’s signature events. Scout visits various colleges and universities and mounts an all-out hangout spot featuring fun activities including giant games, talks, art spaces, performances from some of the hottest acts on campus, and rounded out by Scout’s featured act.
What can you expect from #ScoutxADMU?
First off: a special talk by 2 cool 2 be 4gotten director Petersen Vargas on storytelling through film held in a classroom setting. The Scout team will also take the floor to talk about Scout and do a little Q&A. The team will be available throughout the day for internship and contributor applications (more information at https://scoutmag.ph/careers).
Second: sweet jams performed live. This leg’s performers will be composed of Ateneo’s homegrown talents lui., Ashley’s Kryptonite, and The Clamshell Boxes, plus Scout’s favorite instrumental trio, Tom’s Story.
There will also be a Students’ Gallery featuring art submissions, an extensive Final Cut Pro software demo, and a grueling App Duel on iPads held by The Loop, as well as a showcase of the Scout x Proudrace “Trust” and “Pop!” collections. Also, Pioneer will be setting up a Scout Wall for us so that visitors can leave their own mark.
And finally, the usual suspects: a photobooth for..what else, taking photos with you and your buddies, and some games available all afternoon.
