I’ve been to Batangas many times and it still amazes me whenever I find a new place to visit there. This time, our three-hour road trip brought us to San Juan, Laiya.
Palm Beach Resort has been open for many years now, but you have to go past the town of San Juan to find this paradise.
You will be entering from a higher point of the resort and you will then be transported to the front office and rooms with the use of a golf cart.
The reception area is located right in front of the beach. It is where you can check-in and check-out, and rent aqua shoes and snorkeling gear. They also sell some refreshments, snacks, and toiletries there in case you forget to pack any.
This beautiful pool has an unobstructed view of the beach. It is perfect during the day and is also beautiful for some night swim.
 
The poolside is perfect for sunbathing too!
If you are traveling with kids, you don’t have to worry as the pool has an area for kids to swim.
We stayed at the Casa Blanca rooms where we had a pretty nice view to wake up to. One Casa Blanca room can fit four adults and one kid. There are two rooms in one floor which are perfect for those who are traveling in groups.
We had the chance to check out the other rooms as well. All rooms are facing the beach so you can feel and smell the ocean breeze.
Whether you are traveling alone or with friends and family, Palm Beach Resort has the right accommodation for you. There are rooms which have multiple beds, connecting rooms and even a whole Casa that you can rent.
Our favorite part of the resort is the beach. Unlike other resorts in Laiya, Palm Beach isn’t crowded and you can find fishes and colorful corals a few meters away from the resort’s shore.
You can get on a banana boat or go snorkeling!
The beach is pretty big so you wouldn’t have to worry about it getting crowded. The area for the resort’s day trip and overnight guests are also separate to ensure that everyone will have their own space to relax and enjoy.
When at Palm Beach Resort, you don’t have worry about food. The resort offers full board meals for the guests which can be either plated or buffet style depending on the number of guests they have.
The full-board meals are composed of breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, and dinner. BTW! We loved the Pulled Pork so be sure to check that out!
You and your team can also enjoy the Team Building facilities of the resort!
They have an area in front of the beach where you can your loved ones can enjoy the sunset together whether it is for a wedding, debut or other celebrations.
