Let’s face it: things aren’t like they used to be in the old days. Back in the day, guys had to go through a real effort to ask a girl out and even to get her attention. For starters: there weren’t any cellphones. This means guys had to ask a girl out in person and sometimes, when a lot of guys were competing for one girl, they had to up the ante and beat the other guy with their cheesiness. Ah, those were the good ol’ days.
So, when we saw this photo of a guy actually going through a real effort to ask a girl to go to prom with him, we couldn’t help but go ‘awwww’:
