Sexy comic actress Ruffa Mae Quinto has finally delivered her first child, a healthy baby girl they named Alexandria Athena.
On Friday, Ruffa Mae, 38, revealed this amazing development via post on Instagram. A photo of her daughter’s feet with a baby tag showed up on her feed.

Ruffa Mae and Trev Magallanes got married last November. The two have been dating for less than a year after officially getting hitched. They met in San Francisco, while Ruffa Mae was on vacation.
