Once upon a time–a few years ago–primetime shows and box office hits were dominated by Richard Gutierrez. In those days, he was everywhere! Primetime soap operas, romcom films, and even hosting game shows late at night.
Then his spotlight dimmed for just a bit when new teen heartthrobs emerged. Plus, he went as a freelance actor for a while, appearing in various shows from different networks here and there.
But it seems like the former “King of Primetime” has come back to reclaim his throne. It has just been announced that Richard Gutierrez has just signed on to be part of the Kapamilya show La Luna Sangre.

Aside from Richard’s return to a local TV network, fans are also excited about the fact that La Luna Sangre, which is the latest sequel to the local vampire-themed franchise (following Lobo and Imortal), will be dominated by some of the biggest stars–especially now with the addition of Richard to the cast.
