When In Manila, we’ve all heard of crazy traffic modus operandi that motorists have to deal with. The most recent one involved rocks being thrown at passing cars along EDSA. Apparently, it gets worse. Facebook user Japee Ongkingco recently posted about his horrifying experience– this time it wasn’t a few rocks that was thrown at his car but a hollow block!
