The recently concluded Metro Manila Film Festival gave us a ton of amazing movies, among which was the heartwarming BL film “The Boy Foretold By the Stars.
” Well, guess what? It’s going to turn into a television series soon!
“The Boy Foretold By the Stars” follows the story of two students who, under the mercy of fate, end up becoming close friends until they eventually fall for each other and learn that only they—not luck or destiny—can choose where their path leads.
It stars Adrian Lindayag and Keann Johnson who will be reprising their roles for this new series under Dreamscape Entertainment which will also be directed once again by Dolly Dulu.
It was also named the Philippines’ first full-length BL film which went on to win second place for Best Picture, the Gender Sensitivity Award, and the Best Original Theme Song in the MMFF 2020.
