To celebrate almost a year of marriage, Derek Ramsay surprised his wife Ellen Adarna with her own luxury car!
On the actor’s Instagram page on Wednesday, September 7, he shared a video of Ellen reacting to the gift, which was a blue Bentley, and greeting her an advanced happy anniversary. Ellen, who seemed pleased with the gift, quipped: “I don’t drive!”
Derek cheekily replied: “You do drive, you just choose not to.”
In another video, Ellen is filmed driving her new Bentley with a huge smile on her face.
“Love, do you like it? Are you happy?” Derek asked her. Ellen said, “Yeah, but you’re the one driving!”
Derek told her that he didn’t want to drive the car because of the color, and Ellen decided that she would need to find a driver. “I need a driver more than a car!” she added in jest.

In the caption of the post, Derek expressed his love for his wife, writing, “Advanced happy anniversary to the love of my life. Thank you for giving me so much love. I’ve really found true happiness. I love you so much!!!! So so much!!”
Ellen then affirmed that though she loves the car, she would have been happy even if all her husband gave her for their anniversary was just a hug and a kiss. “I like it but you know my love language is physical touch and quality time soooo your hugs and kisses are myyyyy number 1. I love youuuuuu. I know [you’ll] enjoy driving my car!” he said.
The couple went public with their relationship in February 2021 and later married in November.
